Free Shipping is good on purchases over $75.00 using standard UPS Ground Service.

If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with anything you purchase from our site, simply call our toll free number at 888-734-3634 or email us at service@MuscleFeast.com
and we will refund 100% of the purchase price of your item, provided you contact us within 30 days of receiving your product and you have not used more than 25% of the product by weight. We will then destroy any unused product and refund your purchase price. Freshness: We guarantee our supplements to be the freshest and purest available - no closeout or expired products like many online venders. Our facility adheres to all FDA and GMP requirements.
RETURNS: Any item you wish to return must be received back to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt of the product. The item must be returned at the customers expense, for a credit (less shipping & handling) to be issued. Please email (service@MuscleFeast.com) us for a RMA number prior to returning any merchandise (please include your order number and the item description in your email). A valid RMA number must be included on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. For your protection, we advise using a shipping carrier with tracking, signature verification or any type of proof of delivery. After 30 days past the date of receipt of your order, no returns are accepted. Full credit for the returned item will be issued for any item you send to us within 30 days and less than 25% of product consumed. Any and all shipping costs cannot be refunded. We destroy all returned items. If you elect to use USPS for your return, the package must have Delivery Confirmation, or we cannot guarantee that your item will be credited.
CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to either email us at service@MuscleFeast.com, or call us at 888-734-3634. We will make every attempt to stop your order. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return the package (see return policy listed above). Any order that is cancelled after it leaves our facility will be considered a return, and all policies listed apply.
ERRORS: We make every attempt to send you what you order. In the rare occasion that you receive an item(s) other than what you ordered, DO NOT open the item(s) or you will void your right to return it. Merchandise sent to a customer in error must be reported within 5 days of receipt. We will then work with you to resolve the situation (refund, replacement, etc.) Please email us for an RMA number prior to returning any merchandise (please include your order number and the item description in your email). A valid RMA number must be included on the shipping label, or we will refuse the package. Full credit for the returned item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 10 business days of our receipt or the returned package.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Merchandise damaged during shipment must be reported to MuscleFeast.com within 5 days of receipt. Please email us to notify us of any damaged items (please include your order number and the item description in your email). We will then contact the shipping company for the retrieval of the damaged item(s), and either send you a replacement order, or issue you a credit for the cost of any of the merchandise that is confirmed to be damaged. If your item(s) are being credited, a full credit for the damaged item(s) will be issued within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned package.

To Process a Return: Simply call us at 888-734-3634 or email us at Service@MuscleFeast.com and ask for a returns authorization (RA) number. *Shipping and handling are non-refundable, and we cannot reimburse postage for returning products. We recommend sending packages UPS Ground or insured Parcel post to insure proper delivery.
Shipping Policy
MuscleFeast usually ships within 24 hours of your order being placed, M-F. MuscleFeast, LLC does not tack on any additional charges for shipping. We use the cost shipping method available, which is currently UPS, and we only charge are costs for this service.
Please note: If you credit card billing address does not match your shipping address your order can also be delayed for verification purposes.
For military addresses such as APO and FPO your orders will be shipped via the United States post Office. The estimated times only include shipping to the local military address. You should also allow time extra for the military to get your package to you base which can take 1-3 additional weeks. Do not choose UPS shipping method if you are shipping to a PO Box or APO, as UPS does not deliver to these types of addresses and it will delay your order.
Please use the following UPS zone map to estimate how long your package will take to be delivered once it leaves our facility. The days in transit on this map are business days (weekdays only) and do not include weekends and holidays. For example, if you package is shipped on a Friday and the zone map estimates 2 days in transit, then it should be delivered on Tuesday, which is 2 business days from Friday. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
