As someone who doesn't drink coffee, I like drinking this in the morning. Gives me a nice pick me up without the crash. Fruit Punch flavor is the best imo. I've tried grape which is drinkable. Just bought tangerine and it's horrible. I've used it twice and likely will throw it away. I'm okay with supplement products not tasting great but tangerine in undrinkable.
Never dissapointed with any purchase from muscle feast. Top notch service and great products.
This is the absolute worst product I have ever taken in my life. Completely loaded with synthetic flavorings, and ingredients. This is very unhealthy to consume. If I could leave 0 stars I would
I love the way it tastes. I also like that it doesn't give me the jitters like coffee does. Keeps me energized for a while.
Wouldn't know if it works well because the taste is awful.

With so many benefits, Taurine was the perfect choice for our 8 Hour formula. Studies on Taurine show that it:
Caffeine has also been shown to have a thermogenic effect (heating/calorie burning) at rest and may increase the use of fats for fuel during exercise.
According to the research, higher doses of caffeine, in the 250-450mg range, are needed to provide an ergogenic benefit. For this reason, we recommend either stacking this product with another pre-workout or taking two scoops before exercising.
