Muscle Feast Pumpkin Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 160g Pumpkin Puree (not pie filling)
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Whole Egg
- 37g Muscle Feast Grass Fed & Hormone Free Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Stevia
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Cook covered over medium heat until middle sets enough to flip. Turn off the burner, but keep covered until cooked through the center.
Chocolate Variation
- Omit Pumpkin Spice
- Substitute Vanilla Protein for Chocolate
- Plus, add 1 Tbs Cocoa Powder
