In order for us to be able to offer free shipping rates, we use a combination of UPS and USPS for our deliveries; depending on the lowest cost to ship items to you.  

About 95% of all orders received by 2:00 PM EST will ship out the same business day. On rare occasions, some items might be out of stock and can take up to 7 business days to ship. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will ship on the next business day.

Please note: If you pay by e-check your order will be delayed until your check clears the bank.

Lost or Delayed Packages: We ship 95% of our orders within 24 hours. If you do not receive your package within 2 days of the guidelines of the map below, please email us at Please note, UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

We will charge you a fee of $14 plus our actual shipping charges for every package that is re-routed back to us due to customer error. We will charge a fee of $11.00 for all packages that are able to be corrected after shipment but prior to attempted delivery. These are the charges we pay to UPS for any errors in the shipping address. We generate our shipping labels from the information you provide us. If you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) we have to pay additional fees.

We are not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.  If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped at no additional charge. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make address corrections to your package. If your package is re-routed, returned or lost, all policies listed above apply.

Freshness: We guarantee our supplements to be the freshest and purest available - no closeout or expired products like many online venders. We manufacture all of our products, this is how we can guarantee the quality and freshness of all our products.  Our facility adheres to all FDA and GMP requirements and our manufacturing facility is registered with and inspected routinely by the FDA and the Ohio Department of Agriculture.

RETURNS: Any item you wish to return must be received back to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt of the product. The item must be returned at the customer’s expense, and must be unopened and undamaged for a credit. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full credit for the product (less our actual shipping charges to ship the package).

Email us for a RMA number prior to returning any merchandise (please include your order number and the item description in your email). A valid RMA number must be included on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. For your protection, we advise using a shipping carrier with tracking, signature verification or any type of proof of delivery. After 30 days past the date of receipt of your order, no returns are accepted. Full credit for the returned item will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned package. Credit will not be issued for any opened or damaged merchandise. Any and all shipping costs cannot be refunded. We recommend that you pack the item carefully and insure the package, as any items lost or damaged in shipping cannot be refunded. If you elect to use USPS for your return, the package must have Delivery Confirmation, or we cannot guarantee that your item will be credited.

CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to either email us at or call us at 888-734-3634. We will make every attempt to stop your order. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return the package (see return policy listed above). Any order that is cancelled after it leaves our facility will be considered a return, and all policies listed apply.

ERRORS: We make every attempt to send you what you order. In the rare occasion that you receive an item(s) other than what you ordered, DO NOT open the item(s) or you will void your right to return it. Merchandise sent to a customer in error must be reported within 5 days of receipt. We will then work with you to resolve the situation (refund, replacement, etc.) Please email us for an RMA number prior to returning any merchandise (please include your order number and the item description in your email). A valid RMA number must be included on the shipping label, or we will refuse the package. Full credit for the returned item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 10 business days of our receipt or the returned package.

DAMAGED ITEMS: Merchandise damaged during shipment must be reported to within 5 days of receipt. Please email us to notify us of any damaged items (please include your order number and the item description in your email). We will then contact the shipping company for the retrieval of the damaged item(s), and either send you a replacement order, or issue you a credit for the cost of any of the merchandise that is confirmed to be damaged. If your item(s) are being credited, a full credit for the damaged item(s) will be issued within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned package.

To Process a Return: Simply call us at 888-734-3634 or email us at and ask for a returns authorization (RA) number. *Shipping and handling are non-refundable, and we cannot reimburse postage for returning products. We recommend sending packages UPS Ground or insured Parcel post to insure proper delivery. 

Please note: If you credit card billing address does not match your shipping address your order can also be delayed for verification purposes.

For shipments to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands, all orders will go out  USPS Priority or in some case Parcel Post. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive, if you live in one of these areas.  For military personnel, please allow and extra 1-3 weeks, as shipping can be delayed significantly to remote areas.
