Fantastic quality. I know they warn about the flavor being rough, but it's really not bad. I mean, it's not candy, but it's not bad.
Like most Hydrolyzed proteins it's pretty tough to mix, it is very light so make sure if you get it you mix it in a cup rather than shaking it. If you do shake it you'll most likely have a protein foam rather than a protein shake. With that said, this is by far my favorite brand for protein powders. They are tested by labdoor which gives some peace of mind, I also appreciate the information they give from studies on the supplement pages on the different tabs. My favorite part about this protein would have to be the use of Stevia instead of sucralose. Sucralose tends to cause stomach aches in some people, especially when it comes to protein shakes. This one tastes fine and causes no stomach pain or bloating. Great Hydrolyzed whey! Going to try the blend next.
I enjoy your whey proteins best from many others that I've tried. You keep ingredients limited and they have good flavor. I don't enjoy Hydrolyzed whey as much as Isolate. It tastes great but looses some thickness. It absorbs great like it's supposed to. Good product!
I’m on my 3 container , yes it has a some what of a bitter taste, that’s just hydro , but it works great , the taste does not bother me I’ve had worse will continue to buy
100% no bull

Our hydrolyzed whey is not for beginners. Most hydrolyzed whey proteins are only hydrolyzed 2-5%, ours is hydrolyzed 12-15%; meaning it is further broken down, easier to digest, and more bitter than the average hydrolyzed whey protein.

What is it?
Whey hydrolysates are pre-digested proteins. This means the long chains of amino acids typically found in isolates and concentrates are broken down into single amino acids. Ultimately, this makes hydrolysates the fastest digesting protein source. Hydrolysates also enhance protein synthesis when combined with lower doses (less than 15 grams) of other forms of protein.
What does the research say?
A unique benefit of hydrolysates is they may decrease body fat compared to other forms of whey protein. Lockwood recently investigated the effects of an 8-week long study in which subjects received 30 grams of hydrolyzed whey or two varying forms of whey concentrates during a linear resistance training protocol. The results indicated that strength and lean body mass increased equally in all groups. However, fat mass decreased only in the hydrolyzed group.
Who is it best for?
Because hydrolysates have not been shown to be superior to isolates or concentrates in regard to muscular strength, hypertrophy, and recovery; it may only be advantageous for individuals who are trying to build lean muscle mass while simultaneously trying to decrease fat mass.
How quickly does it digest/absorb and raise amino acid levels?
When consumed, whey hydrolysates elevate amino acid concentrations in the blood above baseline after ~10 minutes and peak out at ~30 minutes, followed by a gradual decline that can last up to 2 hours depending on the dose taken.
When is the best time to take it?
10 -15 minutes pre-workout, immediately post-work, or throughout the day/between meals to meet individual protein requirements.">
