PROTEIN PACKED BROWNIES

Treat yourself after your circuit training workout!

 

INGREDIENTS:

½ cup almond flour

¼ cup Muscle Feast Oat Powder

¼ cup stevia

2 scoops Muscle Feast Chocolate Concentrate

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. salt

1 egg

½ cup skim milk 

1 cup water

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Sift together the dry ingredients.

2. Melt the butter. Whisk the butter, egg, milk, and water together.

3. Whisk the dry ingredients into the wet.

4. Pour batter into a 9” by 9” baking pan.

5. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Bake for 15-18 minutes.  Let cool at room temperature.

6. Plastic wrap the pan to keep the brownies fresh.
