Pumpkin Spice Protein Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
½ cup of flour
¼ cup of oat powder
¼ cup of almond flour
¼ tsp. of baking soda
¼ tsp. of baking powder
¼ cup of butter (softened)
10 tsp. of stevia
½ tsp. of vanilla extract
1 scoop of Muscle Feast Vanilla Concentrate
2 eggs
¼ cup of almond milk
3 tbsp. of pumpkin spice
DIRECTIONS:
1.) Cream the butter and stevia together using a mixer until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla and continue mixing until combined.
2.) Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
3.) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto a sheet pan lined with wax paper.
4.) Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Let stand on the sheet pan for 2 minutes before removing to cool. Dust with additional pumpkin spice if desired.

Protein Infused Pumpkin Hummus
INGREDIENTS:
15 oz. of can garbanzo beans (drained)
1 cup of pumpkin puree
1 scoop of Muscle Feast Unflavored Isolate
1 oz. of lemon juice
2 tbsp. of almond butter
2 oz. of olive oil
2 tsp. of cayenne
2 tbsp. of pumpkin spice
1 tsp. of sea salt
1 tsp. of white pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1.) Put all of the ingredients besides the oil and add to a food processor until smooth. Scrape the outsides of the food processor and continue to puree.
2.) While the food processor is running, slowly add the oil until it is completely incorporated.
