    What is Hydrate with Electrolyes++®?

    After nearly 9 years of development and with the help of Dr. Eric Serrano, Muscle Feast has finally perfected the formulation for Hydrate.

    Hydrate uses a trademarked electrolyte formulation called Electrolytes++®, which is made up of a carefully devised ratio of ingredients to maximize health benefits.

    What are the benefits?

    With the increased fear of ingesting contaminated ground water caused by pollution and failing infrastructure, many people have turned to consuming bottled water. Unfortunately, bottled water does not provide the same vitamins and minerals that drinking tap and well water once did.  Genetically engineered crops have also changed the mineral content in many foods, further causing havoc in the body and creating various health issues. Hydrate is a unique product, because it helps restore healthy levels of minerals in the body.

    Recommended dose:

    Each serving contains approximately 3 grams of Electrolytes++® per serving. Taking 3 or more servings per day, along with a gallon of water throughout the day may completely eliminate muscle cramps. Avoid taking more than 10 servings per day, unless instructed by a medical doctor.

    Any side effects?

    There are not any known side effects but it is possible that this product may significantly enhance mood, increase energy, and potentially cause upset stomach.

    Directions:

    As an adult dietary supplement, take one serving 3 times per day for best results.

    Hydration at it’s finest

    The flavor of the blue raspberry is INTENSE. If you love sour candy you’ll love this hydration flavor. Overall, the product is doing what it says it would do. I feel more hydrated throughout the day, it helps me get in more water and I love that it comes with 66 servings instead of just 30. I’m cramping less during my runs, which is HUGE for me. I typically can’t run without getting a cramp. I love this product!

    Hydrate is improved

    Good product. The addition of the moisture absorbing packet in the container keeps the product from clumping together, a problem before. Blue Ice Pop is a little fizzy when mixed for some reason, while Watermelon is not.

    Unflavored is the must have! Must be the cleanest electrolyte / hydration supplement on the market.

    It works as advertised. I only purchased unflavored version for 1 year so far (3 cans) which is the best option due to 107 servings compared to 66 flavored servings and absence of other ingredients such as citric acid, flavoring, suclarose and acesulafame potassium. Suclarose and acesulfame potassium are controversial artificial sweeteners. So heads-up, read peer-reviewed research articles on these chemicals and make an informed decision.

    Best Electrolyte Supplement I've tried

    This electrolyte supplement is amazing and really helps me stay hydrated when I am out in the hot sun playing golf. The Blue Ice Pop flavor is the bomb. Will be buying more as soon as this first tub runs out!
