What is my product’s expiration date?
All of our products have a shelf life of 700 days if stored properly in a cool, dry location.
How do you recommend I take my product?
If you are questioning the quantity and consistency of taking your product we recommend asking your primary physician for what is best for you, personally.
How do you get the bag to zip back up?
Make sure that there is no powder in your zipper and that the zipper is lined up correctly. Start from one end and continue until you reach the other side.
The product I want isn’t in stock, what should I do?
Unfortunately, due to high demand, these items are out of stock and we are working to become available again. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Am I able to change the product/flavor of my order?
In order to change the product /flavor of the order it will have to be cancelled and a new order placed with the correct product/flavor.
Are your products tested for Heavy Metals?
The suppliers of our raw ingredients do test the products for Heavy Metal content.
Are your products in any stores?
We only sell our product through our website and on Amazon.

How can I use a discount code?
Active promo codes may be entered in the, ‘Promotional Code’, box when you first access your cart
Can I use my rewards with the Promo Code?
Only one discount can be applied to each order.
Can I apply the Promo Code to my Subscription order?
Only one discount can be used per order.
How can I purchase a product using the Promo Code instead of receiving my Subscription?
When you are logged into your Muscle Feast account, click “Manage Subscriptions”. You can skip your scheduled subscription and place a one time order using the Promo Code.
How can I access my Rewards?
When logged into your Muscle Feast account, click on the Muscle Feast emblem on the bottom right corner of the screen. This is where you will find all of the information on points earned and how to use your points.

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please provide us with your order number and details of the issue, and we will assist you with a refund or replacement.
I’ve not received a confirmation yet; what should I do?
There could be different reasons for this. Have you checked the spam or junk folder of your e-mail? If you’ve not received confirmation of your order after 50 minutes, please contact us so we can investigate it for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled as long as the order status is not “shipping”.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Do you offer shipping outside of the U.S.?
No, we do not offer international shipping.
